Where have my logged miles/kilometers gone?

Don't Panic, there is usually a simple reason that your logged distances have disappeared that you can fix yourself.

There are a number of reasons your logged distances may disappear. Don't Panic, it is highly unlikely that your logged distances have disappeared. We keep regular backups so even in a worst case scenario, nothing is lost. Having said that, the most common reason people experience this issue is if they accidentally try to sign in with a different account to the one they signed up with. 

This can happen (for example) if you login with Google (say) on your iPhone and then try to login with Facebook (or email) on your laptop (or vice versa). Check that you are signing in correctly with your original signup account.
