Some initial steps to take if the Virtual Camino App has problems or stops working.
If your app is acting funny, there are some steps you can take to help fix it.
IMPORTANT - take note of what button and account you use to sign into the App
1. Try logging out of the app and back in again to see if that fixes the problem. If not - try 2.
2. Delete the App from your phone and download it again from the appropriate App Store (this link will help)
Don't worry, all your data is safe in the cloud. If that doesn't fix the problem, try 3 if you have access to a desktop computer.
