Adding, deleting and editing daily logged distance in kilometres (km) and miles in the app
The Your Progress menu item is the starting point for adding your daily distance manually. This can be in addition to or instead of your fitness tracker syncing options.
1. Click the Hamburger menu icon to see the list of options. Click on 'Your Progress' |
2. The Your Progress menu is a list of all your daily distance entries with the latest at the top.![]() |
3. Note the '+' that navigates to the distance entry screen.

4. Enter your distance accurate to two decimal places. Adjust your date as needed. Finally click the 'Log' button To cancel your entery, click the exit button |
5. If you have logged enough distance. you may have reached the next destination. |
6. Otherwise you will be returned to the list. Note your estimated arrival date - allows you to slow down or speed up to reach your goal. |
7. It is possible to have more than one entry for each day. To see your daily entry click on the day.

8. You can delete your entry by clicking on the trash icon. |
9. Edit your date and distance using the 'Pencil' (edit) button.
Click the 'Tick' button to accept or the 'X' button to cancel |
